Moon is still in Aries, the sign of independence, so now is a good time to remember that if we insist on doing everything ‘our way’ we may end up creating unnecessary conflict with those who would otherwise be our willing helpers.
This extreme expression of individualism is often underpinned by an unconscious belief that nothing will be done ‘right’ unless we do it ourselves.
Of course no one will do things exactly the way we would but that doesn’t mean the way others do something is ‘wrong’ if it differs from how we would do it.
When we go into ‘superiority of the mind’ we are avoiding feeling our own deep fears of not being enough or getting things wrong which we then project on to those around us to avoid the harsh judgement of our own inner critic.
Such tendencies can surface as Luna transits through Aries which governs the head, (even though it’s a fire sign) leading us to get hot-headed with a ‘my way or the highway’ approach. However, if we seek to understand what drives this behavior we no longer act out unconsciously & alienate those around us.
When we need a reminder to work together for the good of the whole we often attract ants into our waking world to remind us how strong we are when we work in concert in a spirit of community.
If you’d like more understanding into how the natural cycles affect our human interactions – especially throughout the darker months of Autumn / Winter when the solar light wanes, amplifying our wounds & unconscious behaviors which leads to increased struggle & conflict in our daily lives & relationships, have a look at my Inner Goddess online course starting August 23rd (see link below).
