If you are opening yourself to be receptive to new life, consider what needs tending in your garden for life to flourish. A fabulous time for reflection.
Keep in mind this doesn’t just refer to pregnancy but to any new project, creative idea, life situation or relationship.
For example, where are you negating your own needs or feeling so full of past unweeded experiences that there isn’t room to seed anything new?
Where are you holding on to the past & the perception of security it offers you rather than clear the decks to start anew & welcome in new possibilities?
Also a good time to practice some breathing techniques, whether for song, yogic breathing or meditation.
