The moon has now entered Capricorn for a couple of days so be sure to pace yourself & look after your body. Why?
Capricorn is perhaps the most tenacious of all the signs, so when the moon moves through this sign we can push ourselves to the point of overexertion.
So if you plan to take work home, be strict about your knock off time so you have time to replenish or you’ll be unable to think straight.
In particular, be kind to your joints & bones – if you’re going to be on your feet a lot, wear a pair of shoes with a good sole to avoid joint pain in your knees & hips.
If playing sport or dancing, be sure to do a thorough warm-up to avoid unnecessary injuries.
R-is for Responsibility…
Capricorn asks us to take responsibility for ourselves – so this is the time to get 100% honest with ourselves about where we’re avoiding taking responsibility in our lives.
We all do it in some area of our lives. For some it may be organising your finances, for other’s – health, for other’s parenting, housework etc
If we don’t identify it, we may attract a catalyst situation during moon in Capricorn which brings home how this avoidance impacts our emotional wellbeing & our relationships.
If we do identify it while the moon is in Capricorn we have an increased ability to implement a supportive structure to strengthen the area where we feel weakest.
