The moon is now waxing its way into Capricorn.
The more the light of the moon increases, due to it reflecting the light of the sun the more we’re likely to receive ‘A Ha!’ moments of insight & clarity into whatever has been causing confusion since the previous new moon.
Why?
The moon activates our pituitary gland, the master gland of our endocrine system which governs our hormones & our third eye (the place of insight).
As the lunar light waxes it can be hard to get to sleep, especially if you go to bed after 10pm when the lunar energies loom large until 2am. So if you need to function well over the next few days, unplug from devices before 10pm & head to bed.
Block-out curtains are ideal to ensure a good night’s sleep but if your cycle has been irregular, try opening the curtains for the 3 days over full moon to reset your hormonal clock.
Moon in Cappy can cause those with a lot of Earth in their chart to be a bit of a stick in the mud so maybe don’t share your excitement about regulating your cycles by sighting the moon to those around you who are part gnome or they may stomp on your suggestion with muddy gumboots.
Hence the practical suggestions today 🙂
Blessings,
Tanishka
