The moon is now in Gemini which helps us to lighten up with laughter and a sense of playful curiosity.
Gemini is the youngest of the air signs so do be mindful of only giving verbal agreements you can back up with action as this sign gets excited by possibilities which can lead to overextending oneself. Similarly, if negotiating any work to be done be sure to get the agreed terms in writing during a Gemini transit.
You may find it hard to slow your mind at the end of the day resulting in insomnia when the moon is in this sign so unplug from all electronic devices an hour before bed, take a bath and meditate with candles and chamomile tea to counteract the incessant chatter of the monkey mind.
If you’re noticing a lack of appetite this is a sign that you’ve become ungrounded – in other words you’re so in your head that you’ve disconnected from your body & its needs. So ways to come back down to Earth include:
– carry a grounding crystal like hematite, smoky quartz or bloodstone
– do something physical like exercise or a quick dance before driving or operating machinery
– eat protein regularly
– swap a foot massage
I also thoroughly recommend taking some magnesium to calm your nervous system as the moon in air signs can cause us to feel highly strung or jittery if we’re sensitive to energies.
