This is a great time to consider how you can create more heart- centered connection between you and your loved ones. This comes from re-instating times of heart communion and sharing.
Such as:
-a weekly Sunday lunch
-eating at the table instead of front of the TV
-not getting up to answer the phone during meals
-not allowing any electronic devices at the table
-going around the table and asking each person the highlight and lowlight of their week.
We have forgotten how to be communal – one of the strengths of Cancer, the lunar mother. So don’t give up if you are initially met with resistance – invoke the strengths of the opposite sign, Capricorn to set a new structure and consistently enforce it with love for the sake of cohesion and connection within your household.
