The moon is still waning in Libra, making this a fortuitous time to spend time socialising with family & friends. Why? Libra helps repartee along…so if you have to attend a Xmas party where you don’t know many people, you may end up having a fabulous time despite social inhibitions.
Something I like to do around the dinner table for fun is play ‘Celebrity Head’. This is great as an ice breaker, giving people a focus to start connecting. (This used to be on a show here in Australia called ‘Hey, Hey, It’s Sat then got turned into a board game & is even put into Xmas cracker sets here but you can play it with no cost at all.)
How to Play… for those not familiar with the game.
You simply invite everyone (kids included) to write the name of a famous person on a post it note & stick it on the forehead of the person next to them. Tip: Be sure to make it age appropriate by choosing someone you assume the person will know. For example, Peppa Pig for a 4 year old, or Charlie Chaplin for an elderly relative.
Then you take it in turns to ask one question at a time to elicit only a yes or no response which will grant you another clue into your famous person’s identity. For example, ‘Am I dead? Am I female? Am I a performer?’ If you get a ‘YES’ response you get to ask another question. First person to guess their identity wins but it’s good to play until the last man standing guesses their identity. This can be played intermittently between social banter & helps those who aren’t as socially affable to engage.
Moon in Libra likes to keep the mood light & friendly…so a diversion such as this can prove helpful if navigating family members who trigger old wounds.
Blessings on your day,
Tanishka
