Moon is in the watery sign of Pisces so this is a time of slowing down, reflecting & meditating. That said, if you’ve been running around like a hairy goat expecting yourself to stop & instantly still your mind is setting the bar of expectation a bit too high.
So…if you’ve fallen into the Western mindset of doing too much start by taking in a deep breath & letting out a big sigh. No, change that to a big GROAN! When you’ve done that as many times as you need to, this should become a sigh & then an exhale of breath.
This helps to clear pent up unexpressed energy & come back to yourself, back to your true essence in your heart & out of the ‘Speedy Gonzales’ – I can do anything I set my mind to mania.
N.B. You may get surprised by a wave of emotion on the out breath since Pisces connects us with our feelings. A cry is as good as having a wash…helps clear the pent up hysteria of the inner feminine. (Regardless of whether you’re male or female in your physical gender.)
Next, find someone to hug. If not a two legged, then a four legged & failing that a tree dryad!
