Sag is also the sign which encourages us to search for meaning. Meaning is found when we access insight which helps us understand the greater context of what we’re experiencing.

So if you’re feeling like you want to run for the hills – Do as nature offers us the fastest way back to a point of reconnection with our soul selves but pack a journal or a book which offers insight to pierce the darkness of confusion.

Even if you can only get away for a couple of hours this quality time out will offer deeply nourishing perspective.
