Today’s Luna Guidance for Moon in Scorpio
Moon is now void, moving from Libra into Scorpio.
When we move into Scorpio we can expect an emotional forecast of rising intensity.
So to avoid losing your cool over the next few days here’s 5 steps to balance your emotional state.
1.Get quality sleep.
To do this switch off all screens at 9pm then do any of the following to wind down so the waxing lunar energies don’t give you a second wind and have you tossing and turning til the wee hours:
Have a bath, read a book, stare into a fire, draw or colour a mandala, listen to a guided meditation, swap foot massages, self pleasure or make love with your partner, listen to relaxing music, review your day with a conversation or journal writing.
2. Eat protein regularly.
When we don’t eat enough protein (slow burning food like nuts, cheese, lentils and eggs) our energy drops and we crave sugars and carbs which spike our energy with a false emotional high then crash us into a well.
3. Assert your truth.
Write out your thoughts before speaking them if what you have to say is difficult. Commit to speaking up on your own behalf before you snap if you are experiencing a situation which is pushing you to do this. As it will only get worse until you do.
4. Water Therapy.
Getting into the element of water will calm you down and relax muscles that have been holding on to emotional tension.
5. Take magnesium to calm your nervous system or buy it as a gel and rub it into your skin for rapid absorption.
While the moon changes sign every 2.5 days, we’re also influenced by the individual planets that govern each day of the week.
