Moon is waning in Taurus so consider how you can treat yourself to some sensual pleasure to come back into your body, dissolving stresses created by the mind.

If you can, plan some healthy pleasures, such as a visit to a farmer’s market or a long soak in a bubble bath so you’ll be less inclined to binge on sugary treats as a love substitute during this lunar transit.

Taurus is ruled by Venus, heightening our need for love. So be generous with yourself, lavishing yourself with self-care to avoid scenarios of gluttony, imbibing wine or chocolate, which is an unconscious effort by the small self to fill yourself up.

This is especially important if you find yourself pining for love – be it someone specific or longing for ‘The One’. All cravings for external love indicate a miserly attitude toward the self. So examine where you have been neglectful, punishing or critical towards yourself and practice kindness.

A good way to identify this is to write down what you’ve done for yourself in the last week that was loving & what you’ve done for yourself that was unloving…then compare which list is longer. The more you do this on a regular basis, the more you’ll become aware of your choices so you can create more self-loving choices.
