Moon is now in Taurus, making this a wonderful time to share the love as we move through the constellation ruled by Venus.

The phase of the moon is a waning gibbous moon. (When it still looks pretty full). This is when, internally we start the process of reviewing & healing past words & actions.

So if anything has left a bitter taste in your mouth or feels unresolved, now is the time (when our heart’s are full of the empathy) to consider how we can make amends, settle disputes or correct mistakes.

A process I have done in the past was for us both to meditate together, anoint each other & then take turns expressing all the things we were both sorry for, followed by all the things we were both grateful for.

However, it’s not always possible to do such a process in person so you may instead write these thoughts & feelings in a journal which enables you to resolve hurt within your own heart & clarify your own contribution & lessons learned.

Another beautiful Polynesian process called Ho’oponopono for healing conflict. You simply feel the following words in your heart as you speak them:

I love you
I’m sorry
Please forgive me

It is also beautiful to chant.
