Today’s Luna Guidance for Moon in Taurus

Moon is still in Taurus as she wanes to her last quarter phase. This is a phase when when feel the pull to slow down and regroup as the emotional energy lowers.

With moon in Taurus this is a good time to relax and unwind with some pampering treatments at home. So consider transforming your lounge room into a ‘pop up spa’ and swapping sacred beauty acts of love with your friends, housemates, beloved or even your kids!

Most of what you’ll need will be in the fridge or pantry as you don’t want to put anything on your skin that’s not good enough to eat and the kids will love the opportunity to get creative and a bit messy.

First, put towels down over a yoga mat and pillows or put your couch cushions on the floor if you don’t have a massage table. Then use a plant based natural oil to massage such as almond, jojoba or olive oil to massage each other – many hands on the one person feels amaaaazing, like having an octopus for a therapist!

You can place a slice of cucumber on each eye and put on relaxing music, such as classical or meditation music. Be sure to instruct everyone to speak personal boundaries about where they don’t wish to be touched first and then ensure everyone touches them with the tenderness and reverence they would give to a God/dess!

You can then remove the scrub with warm face cloths (these can be kept warm and damp in a crock pot). Then apply plain yoghurt, allow to set and remove with damp, warm face washers.

You may wish to have someone massaging feet and head while others are applying the oil / scrub / yoghurt. Touch is the most primal form of love and to be touched with no agenda other than to serve with unconditional love makes us feel 100% Divine!
