We are currently within the first hours of new moon, making this the ideal time to set your intentions for the coming month. This moon is in Virgo, the sign of health and work. So consider resolutions you can make in both those areas if you’ve been overindulging in sensual pleasure and being a bit lax on the exercise front. For whatever you action now & maintain each day for 28 days will become a habit.

Now is a good time to:- attend to health concerns- start a yogic or active meditation practice- start a fitness routine- analyze your systems / routines & make them more efficient- seed new ideas / projects.

Note: If that makes you want to crawl in a ball & put the covers over your head, maybe what your body most needs is rest! Followed by a new sleep pattern, healthy eating plan and sensible work hours.
