The moon is still waning in Virgo for most of the day before entering Void of course briefly then entering Libra before days end on this last day of the 3rd week in the lunar month.
This is a time to review what’s working & what’s not & put in place new routines that will address areas of concern or weakness.
In my household that has involved having a round table to devise a structure for my daughter’s 6 week school Summer holiday break so she doesn’t spend it staring into an iPad screen.
Why? I’ve observed how addicted she had become as each new notification produces cortisol, the stress hormone which feels like a hit of energy, but ultimately leaves our kids feeling fatigued.
Coupled with a sugar addiction which does the same thing…we’re implementing healthy routines for the holidays to counteract the cultural norms which aren’t working for us.
These include specific times & days to do activities to encourage balance of: creativity (baking, music composition, arts, crafts & digital media) exercise meditation social activities with friends, income generation (chores), reading, learning and quality time with me.
So what started as a freak out clutching iPad in terror at the suggestion resulted in enthusiasm for her & relief for me as a working sole parent.
Moon in Virgo is the optimal window to address the details so you can specifically target what needs to be done for your plans to be executed as hoped.
Blessings on your day,
Tanishka
