Today’s Lunar Guidance for Moon in Virgo
Moon is still waxing in the sign of Virgo as she builds to full moon in Virgo tomorrow.
This helps us make more responsible eating choices, making this a great time to do meal plans, clean out any processed foods from your pantry or research dates of local farmer’s markets and make shots of health and smoothies.
Eating well is a foundation for emotional balance, for when we eat foods that are hard for us to digest or that offer no real sustained release of energy causing us to overeat then feel tired and bloated all our energy goes into digestion causing us to feel tired and emotionally irritable like a child.
So this transit is a good time to start finding out more about superfoods, wholefood cookery, GM free foods, ancient grains (that don’t have three times the amount of gluten added) and eating according to your ayerveda dosha.
A lunar transit through Virgo is also a great time to get back into an exercise routine if you’ve been a little lax of late.
