Today’s Lunar Guidance for Moon in Virgo
Moon is now moving into Virgo
For those of you who are more passive, this is a call to take positive action on your health with a routine that enhances your health and nutrition.
This is best done in the morning to align with the solar energy which will help to energise and activate you.
For those who are more active, this is an invitation to ensure you take 10-15 mins a day to enter the stillness and meditate so you don’t become so overwound that you stop functioning.
This is best done in the evening to align with the lunar energy which will help to relax and calm you. Spring / Autumn is the optional time for implementing change that supports our growth.
If you find your saboteur surfaces consider doing one or more of the following:
– book a hypnotherapy session to address self-defeating beliefs around this issue in your sub-conscious
– link this need for self-discipline to something that’s one of your top 3 priorities to motivate you
– invite a friend, partner or family member to join you to help keep you accountable…or join a health club or meditation group.
– find creative ways to make discipline pleasurable. i.e. walk somewhere beautiful, meditate in the bath or to uplifting music.
Discipline focuses our energy through consistent effort, which is how we experience the positive results we desire.
