Feeling scattered and confused?
Full moon is the time of union each month and Gemini is the sign of multiplicity. So full moon in Gemini assists us to acknowledge, honour and integrate all the parts that are needed to create a functioning whole – internally in our psyche.
If we don’t take the time to process and integrate our experiences we can fail to grasp the big picture and feel overwhelmed by a lack of connectivity and cohesion. Time in nature is really healing for an overwhelmed mind as everything is so intricately and gracefully ordered.
When we become tunnel visioned with our focus we can forget to consider the multi-dimensionality of life, so we can end up operating in a state of rational arrogance and superiority…judging others or ourselves only on the criteria we’re focusing on while negating and neglecting all the facets others have to offer and contribute. Once we make the mental correction and adopt an attitude that is more inclusive, we can create a unified perspective that dazzles like a diamond because of its multi-faceted form.
We often negate certain facets in ourselves or others based on the attitudes we took on from our parents. For example, if a particular aspect of our psyche wasn’t valued by our Mum or Dad we learn not to value it in ourselves or others.
Gemini is ruled by the planet, Mercury so it brings to the fore the stories we’re carrying in our mental body. We access our mental body through our solar plexus, our inner sun. So if we are subscribing to negative self-talk it diminishes our light, distorting our perception of ourselves and undermining our self-worth.
This is why I’m so passionate about introducing people to the archetypal facets that make up our psyche and together comprise our soul, which is multidimensional. When we identify and understand the different aspects that comprise our psyche we learn how to value and care take their needs so we can create soul fulfilling lives and interactions. Consciously integrating the sum of our parts is the key to transcending the inner critic who only sees us through the limited perspective of the rational mind…imposing perfectionistic ideals.
Archetypal Energy: Hermes, the Magi / Trickster

Lesson: To honour our multifaceted nature and transcend limited thinking
When our inner Hermes aspect is empowered, we take full responsibility for the external circumstances we’re manifesting through our subconscious expectations. Hermes represents our inner Magi, (the conscious magician who governs our third eye).
One of the ways we empower this aspect is to master our thoughts by identifying how we’re projecting limitations on to ourselves, others or situations with negative self-talk that limits the greatest possible scenario manifesting.
When our inner Hermes is disempowered, we may delude ourselves that our waking reality has nothing to do with subconscious expectations or we may try to control the apparent chaos of fate using deceitful means, such as manipulation.
So do be aware of the potential scams of shadow Hermes by questioning deals that sound too good to be true. The key is to observe your subtle senses and act upon your intuition if something doesn’t feel right.
Since Gemini is the youngest of the three air signs as the moon waxes to full in Gemini, we may be more prone to experiencing manic behaviour and insomnia so stay grounded by doing yoga, bodywork sessions, eating regular protein and not overdoing the coffee!
Integrate all the pieces of your psyche!
