These wake up sessions will activate the life force in each of your energy centres through joyful kriyas (active yoga postures) suitable for all fitness levels, devotional heart prayers of intent sung as Sanskrit mantras, pranayama (sacred breath practices) and shaking to clear energy blocks. Followed by silent meditation to centre & connect you with your inner guru (teacher).

Each day you will be invited to express each of these inner aspects in a soul directed movement practice. We start our journey with a night of sound healing to open the light body. We then open the keys of each energy centre using Sanskrit toning to climb up the inner Tree of Life and words of power to affirm the highest truth at each gate. This dispels the illusions of the mind which have inhibited true self expression at each of the 7 gates. This will be accompanied by daily teachings to balance polarities of light and dark, the Tree of Knowledge in each energy centre.
MANDALA MAKING
Self EXPRESSION Through Sacred Art Mandalas
To integrate each of the 7 faces of your inner God / Goddess you will create a Yantra; a series of chakra mandalas to clear your channel and unify opposite polarities within each chakra.
SUN EATING PRACTICE
Practice the POWERFUL ritual art of Sun Eating
Prior to this seven step journey to experience heaven we ask participants to spend 7 days doing the ancient sun eating practice to prepare their energetic light body for this ascension journey. We provide you with materials to learn how to charge your vital energy body with sun light
CACAO CEREMONY WITH KIRTAN
The heart opening medicine of sacred raw chocolate, known as Cacao is served, charged with sacred intentions and imbibed while listening to Sufi music and poetry, prior to us enjoying the ecstatic yogic practice of Kirtan. Kirtan is a group singing practice led by musicians playing traditional sacred instruments and sing Bhajans, devotional chants that invoke the energies of the Gods and Goddesses to expand one’s consciousness into union with these divine energies and all of existence. Prepare to open your devotional heart and experience pure bliss!

Tanishka The Moon Woman
Tanishka is best known as Facebook’s, ‘Moon Woman’ with half a million followers of her daily guidance.
An author of five books, she has taught ancient feminine wisdom traditions & practices for the past 22 years. In 2004 she started working with men, creating male archetypal chart readings to assist men to integrate all 7 masculine aspects within their psyche.
In 2008 she received the message it was time to awaken the Grail codes. This was followed by intuitive downloads that included a Sacred Union trilogy of books & various practices including full moon & seasonal Grail gatherings for men & women.
In 2011 she created a unique series of Sacred Union sessions for couples by initiating them through 7 x monthly sessions to connect soul to soul on all levels by unveiling their inner God & Goddess at each of the 7 chakras (energy gates).
Sophie Sôfrēē
Sophie Sôfrēē is a beloved resident Kundalini Yoga teacher at the renowned Yoga Barn in Ubud, as well as an ecstatic dance DJ and sacred mandala artist.
Originally from Singapore, she followed synchronicity and her heart’s calling to Bali, where she now resides and thrives.
No matter the creative medium, whether teaching a yoga class, DJ’ing ecstatic dance, or guiding her mandala art workshops, Sophie’s offerings are all profoundly beautiful journeys, guiding participants through a continuous unfolding of creativity, gratitude and presence, ultimately tapping into our innate divinity. Sophie has taught at transformational festivals worldwide including:
BaliSpirit, Being Festival, SoulScape, Bhakti Yoga Summer, Sound & Silence, and Obonjan Island Festival.
Franz Hutter

Franz’s soul path emerged from his mid-life crisis at age 36 when his marriage ended & he was separated from his three children… events that were compounded by the death of his father. He explored various spiritual practices starting with silent meditation to expand his self-awareness and relationship with existence beyond the conditioning he’d received growing up.
He was then given sole custody of his three children & had to learn abruptly how to navigate and balance financial pressures with the daily challenges of sole parenthood in Bali, Indonesia and later, California, USA. It was his commitment to his spiritual development that sustained him.
Through this experience Franz discovered his passion for community and as a chartered accountant he worked as a consultant actively supporting the inception of intentional communities and a local school in Bali. This ethos led him to men’s circles and in 2012 he joined MKP (The Mankind Project), a global movement that empowers men of all ages through gatherings in 22 countries worldwide. In 2016 he was initiated into The Mankind Project’s three day intensive in Nevada City, California and has since attended I-Groups around the world. For the past six years he has facilitated men’s circles twice a week in Ubud, Bali. He has also led men’s gatherings in both the USA and Germany. Under the auspice of The Mankind Project he also organized I-Sex workshops to empower men’s authentic sexual expression.
Franz is passionate about providing a framework of support for teenage boys & co-facilitated 19 boys through their welcome to manhood rite of passage initiation at the renowned Green School in Ubud.
His core belief is if we want to change the world we have to start with ourselves… a philosophical outlook that is embodied through the practice of gathering in circle & acknowledging one’s thoughts, words and deeds. His intention is to create a harmonious and joyful world by courageously connecting with people through love and compassion.

Malaika MaVeena Darville
Malaika is an Earth Tantrika Goddess, Shamanic Medicine Women. She has been sharing her gifts of bringing community together in joyful powerful celebrations for the past 30 years.
With the wisdom of a grandmother and an ageless Spirit, Malaika is known for her exuberance and ability to create magic in ceremony that is both profound and a deep interconnected expression of the Human Spirit and our longing to come together and connect mind, body and Spirit.
Malaika is an international movement facilitator, and the Creatrix of 5Elements Dance Activation™ which she has been sharing globally for the past 15 years and hosting ceremonies and workshops for the past 25 years. She has also facilitated at the Ibiza Tantra Festival for the past 4 years, the Thai Tantra Fest, Hawaii, India and USA Tantra Festivals. She has given Tantra Training for woman in China and Bali and trained with Margot Anand in Spain, Oceana and Icarus in Australia, Swami Ganga in India.
Malaika has been Djing for Ecstatic Dance since 2014 and lead the first Cacao Ceremonies here in Bali and for the Ibiza Tantra festival of 500 people since it began.

WE BEGIN our program at 4pm Nov 30 with a Welcome Circle & orientation, followed by dinner & sound healing.

RETREAT CENTRE is a 90 min drive, providing a fascinating window into Balinese life & the beauty of the land.
